1. Click 'Permissions'

2. Click 'Server Groups'

3. Pick which permissions you want to give the person from the box on the left (new groups can be created if required)

4. Click 'Add' on the right hand side under Clients

5. Enter the users client or database ID (these can be found by clicking the user in TeamSpeak main window and looking in the right window for the ID)

6. Click 'OK'

They should now have admin rights.
