Why haven't I got my server details?

Sometimes there are problems with the automatic server creation which means you don't receive your server details within minutes of ordering. If this happens we will process the order manually, we aim to process all orders within 6 hours however in some circumstances this may take longer. We advise you to contact us via support ticket if you have not received your server details within 12 hours of ordering.
