I know this as been asked before but I can't find the post.......why is our server listed as being hosted in Germany after a month or so of being on the net ?

I don't know, gametrackers IP location is wrong...every IP trace I've ever done, even right after the IP range was created came up with the correct location but gametracker still like to think it's in Belgium. The post from Meanman about how to claim the server and change the location is here. I'll see about contacting gametracker about why their IP trace is wrong but it's probably worth you doing the same

Thanks Dave.... am not that worried about it myself but a few members have asked me the question.

If you have an account on gametracker you can claim ownership of a server by setting its name to GameTracker and restarting it. Then claim ownership. When you have done that you can manage that server on your gt account. Part of that let's you set the location.

By default gametracker sets servers to germany, dont know why. But once you have set the location and saved it, the UK flag will apear on your gametracker banners.
